The Australian Institute of Criminology (AIC) and the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) co-hosted the Child Exploitation Material (CEM) Reduction Research Program Roundtable on 1 November 2018 in Brisbane.
The event opened by the Minister for Home Affairs, the Hon. Peter Dutton MP is the first of its kind since the centre opened on 3 September 2018. The event offered an opportunity for potential research program applicants to meet stakeholders involved in addressing CEM and to hear about the range of issues that can be experienced when tackling the problem.
